School Uniform
We use SchoolBelles for all of our school uniform needs. Please click below to order uniform pieces for your student. We also offer the SJA Uniform Closet, where families can exchange uniform pieces such as pants, jumpers, skirts, polos, gym uniforms, and more. Bring in your outgrown uniform pieces and take new sizes! Contact Barb Aquila for access.
School Spiritwear
Send your children to school in style with SJA Spiritwear! Our PTO is in collaboration with 2Belles, a local Chagrin Falls business, to offer PE uniforms and spiritwear for St. Joan of Arc. The online shop is open throughout the school year so families can order any time. Please click on the link for more information and to start shopping!

SJA Clinic Administer Medicine At School Form
This form must be signed by your physician for all prescription and/or over-the-counter medications taken at school.
This form is used for the student's asthma action plan and inhaler usage at school. It must be signed by your physician.
This form is used for students' allergy(ies) action plan(s) and EpiPen usage at school. This must be signed by your physician.
This form is used for students' seizure disorder action plans. This must be signed by your physician.

For students entering the 7th grade.
