Composer Pamphlet Project

Media Center Dates: May 1, 8, 15
Due Date: May 19 ( can be turned in as early as May 15
Presentation Dates: May 29

DIRECTIONS: You will conduct research on a composer (names will be drawn from a hat). We will spend three days in the media center in order for you to find the information listed below about your composer. Once you have completed your research, you will design a pamphlet or brochure about your composer to turn in as a completed project. You will also present the first seven pieces* of information to the class orally. You can receive bonus points by bringing in a sample of your composer’s music for the class to hear (a recording or played on your own instrument). Include this sheet with your completed project.
