Biography:  Victor Vasarely was born on April 9th, 1908, Pecs, Hungary. He later settled down in Paris. He was known as the father of optical art. Though he had great fame, he wanted his artwork available to everbody. His honorable motto was 'art is for all'. He died in Paris, in 1997 at the age of 91.
