HOME VISITATION MINISTRY

We have a team of special Ministers of Communion who visit the sick and homebound on a regular basis.  Don't miss out on reception of the Eucharist because you are too ill to attend Mass.  It is an important part of your healing process.

HELPING HANDS MINISTRY

We have a team of volunteers who provide transportation to medical appointments, Mass, errands and light tasks.

MINISTRY OF PRAISE

Prayer is essential to our Church!  This ministry is ideal for those who are homebound yet seeking a connection to their parish family.  Participants offer their services in the form of prayer for a variety of needs and intentions.  Members are formally commissioned and provided with materials including a monthly newsletter.
