Personal Messages and Ads


 

The Sound of Music is approaching quickly.  Tickets will go on sale March 1st at 8:00 a.m.  Performance dates are March 18th and 19th at 7:00 p.m.

 

We are now taking orders for business ads and personal messages for the program booklet.  If you would like to advertise your business in our program or if you would like to display a message for your student(s), please fill out the attached form and return it no later than February 26th.  In addition to the program booklet, all business ads and personal messages will be displayed digitally on the wall before the show and during intermission.  We encourage pictures to go with personal messages so dig out the ones that show the true actors or actresses your children are.  We ask that if possible, please submit them electronically to me at my email address below.

 

Full-page business ads and personal messages are $100.00 and half-page business ads and personal messages are $50.00.  Those placing a full-page business ad or message will receive 2 complimentary tickets and those placing a half-page ad will receive one complimentary ticket.

 

For those placing business ads, please submit your ad electronically to my email address below or attach a hard copy to your form.  We will also design an ad for you if you like.  Send us the information you want included and the design team will create your ad. 

 

In addition to business ads and personal messages, we also have a Patron List published in the program listing the names of those individuals and families that make a monetary donation to the SJA drama department.  The Patron list will also be displayed in both the booklet and digitally.  The Patron List categories will be as follows:

 

Producer -$500.00+

Director -$300.00-$499.00

Actor -$200.00-$299.00

Ensemble -$100.00-199.00

 

Those donating at the Actor/Ensemble level will receive 2 complimentary tickets for general admission and those donating at the Producer/Director level will receive 4 complimentary tickets, which will be good for any level of ticket seating.  Musicals are expensive to produce and we are incredibly thankful to our Patron List individuals and families for their donations.

 

Please note that complimentary tickets for business ads, personal messages, and Actor/Ensemble Patron List are for general admission seating.  Only Producer and Director level Patron List members will be able to use their complimentary tickets for any ticket level seating.

 

This is an exciting time and we are working very hard at rehearsals to bring you a fantastic show.  Please remember to invite your friends and family to this event.  If you know of any other businesses that would be interested in placing a business ad, we will have additional forms available in the office for you to hand out.
